EuroMassage Privacy Policy

The types of data collected:
In the process of massage therapy, we collect your name and basic contact information, such as email or phone number.
before treatment we will ask in person if there are medical issues we should be aware of during the treatment. this note is kept in the client profile and can be purged at the customers request after treatment.

How and why it is used:
customer name and phone nr is used to mark an appointment on the calendar, therapists have access to read notes from previous appointments to continue treatment as agreed.
phone number or email is used to send appointment confirmation and or reminders to the customer.

With whom it is shared:
EuroMassage do not share data with anyone outside of the massage-shop, only daily manager massage therapist will have access to a customers massage appintment history.

How it is protected:
Data is stored by Square on their server and is only available to enrolled users at the company.

Users rights over this data:
We must keep documentation of theraphy treatments we have performed, you can opt in and out as you like for marketing data.
After ending treatments you may request to have your personal contact informaiton removed from the database
*If you plan to recieve ongoing massage treatment - we recommend saving the treatment notes to avoid having to answer the same questions each visit.
